Submission

Dear authors: the scientific committee of VMPT 2019 has finished the review of all the submitted papers. You should have received the final decision of your paper through the system email. If you have submitted the paper but not receive any information about your final decision, please contact: management@nserc-canrimt.org

At least one of the authors, per paper, must register for the conference and present the paper. A participant can present a maximum of two papers.

Authors should submit to VMPT 2019 either:

  1. an Extended Abstract with accompanying presentation slides and a Statement of Intent* to co-submit a full version of the manuscript to a journal of their choice, preferably before the Conference; or,
  2. a Full Paper with presentation slides.

∗ The journal name must be included in the Statement of Intent and the paper must be submitted to the journal for review.  If the paper is accepted, please submit a copy of the acceptance letter to management@nserc-canrimt.org.

* The received papers will not be published in proceedings. They will, however, be made available to the conference participants. No copyright transfer is requested from the authors but, by submitting a paper to VMPT, authors implicitly give permission to VMPT 2019 to make the paper available to the conference participants, either through electronic download or a USB memory stick.
