Description: A novel high-speed 6DOF optical tracking system is designed and manufactured. This 6DOF optical metrology system is
based on CMOS image sensor and FPGA technology. This optical tracking system achieves a position update rate over 8kHz for 8 targets, which is 15 times faster than the best commercial product available on the market. Further, a target location precision lower than 0.01 pixels is achieved by this system.
